UX Design

UX Designer

UX Designers focus on creating meaningful and intuitive user experiences for digital products. They conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the usability and effectiveness of the design.

User research techniques, wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma), information architecture, usability testing.

UI Designer

UI Designers are responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products. They work on creating layouts, selecting colour schemes, and designing interactive elements to enhance the overall user experience.

Attention to detail, creativity, communication.

Hard Skills:
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma), visual design principles, understanding of typography and colour theory, knowledge of design systems.

Detail-oriented, artistic, good at visual communication.

Interaction Designer

Interaction Designers focus on designing interactive and engaging experiences for digital products. They work on defining user flows, creating interactive prototypes, and ensuring seamless interactions between users and interfaces.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication.

Hard Skills:
Interaction design principles, prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, InVision), understanding of user psychology and behaviour, knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.

Analytical, detail-oriented, curious.

Information Architect

Information Architects organize and structure the content and information within digital products. They create sitemaps, define navigation hierarchies, and ensure that users can easily find and access the information they need.


Soft Skills:
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication.

Hard Skills:
Information architecture principles, user research, wireframing tools (e.g., Axure, Balsamiq), content organization, understanding of user needs and mental models.

Personality Traits:
Methodical, organized, good at problem-solving.

Usability Tester

Usability Testers evaluate the usability and user-friendliness of digital products by conducting user testing sessions. They observe users, collect feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to improve the user experience.

Hard Skills:
Usability testing methodologies, user research, data collection and analysis, ability to identify usability issues and suggest improvements.

Patient, observant, good at critical analysis.
