How does it work?
Learn online, at your own pace, whenever you want. All you need is a device (computer, laptop or phone) with a stable internet connection. It’s fast, fun and free!
Short videos and simple slides help you learn essential skills for the workplace. Take a quiz at the end of each module, to test your knowledge.
What will I learn?
In the Digital Skills course, you will learn computer basics, how to troubleshoot common issues, navigate the internet effectively, stay safe online, and explore digital tools like social media and video editing. As you progress, you will cover more advanced skills like spreadsheet creation, data entry, website building, branding, digital portfolios, AI and more.
In the Job-Ready Skills course, we’ll guide you through all the steps for finding employment, perfecting an interview, knowing your rights as an employee, and how to thrive in your new workplace. Learn how mindset, resilience, and customer service skills contribute to success, and gain skills in time and budget management.
What can I earn?
There are 3 levels of each course to complete: Levels 1, 2 and 3. Once you’ve completed a level, you will earn a badge and unlock the next level. Once you complete a course, you will earn a My eQuals credential. This is recognised in NZ and Australia, and can help unlock doors to employment.
